8.4 GHz RADIO TELESCOPE PROJECT


The series of links below download the "real-time" progress report documents of the project which describe construction of the telescope, fabrication of the AZ/EL mount, and initial testing and performance data for the telescope.  

Included (in volume VI) are initial results of using the telescope to detect emissions from several interplanetary spacecraft.  Also,  a link to the summary document of the project to improve performance of the dish reflecting area at 8.4 GHz by modifying the curvature of the reflecting surface is given below.
